if U look at 54-53 secs, its cleary that fedor is moving his left arm to change position. bad stoppage.
Fedor was out. He recovered, but he was definitly out. The problem is that Herb Dean was too far away, so it took a long time to stop the fight, which causes the impression that it was a bad stoppage as Fedor recuperated. It was late, but not wrong. Great job done by Herb.
